Tonight's practice was pretty productive. We went over a lot of oldies like "On Your Lips", "String Theory" and even a bit of "You've Got Red on You". Covers of Tom Waits, Stone Temple Pilots, Temple of the Dog, the Carter Family and Johnny Flynn were all discussed with some seriousness. Actual practice was put towards a couple of said covers.
We put together a demo of "Cheatin' Android Blues", an original written by Jack with lyrics by yours truly. You can listen to it, along with the version of "String Theory" that we recorded for Thomas Paine & the Founding Fathers album, Common Sense, all over the internet.
